Yes. At Applegate Family Dentistry you are not only a patient but our guest. To become a new guest call our office at 765-747-9611.

Yes. We accept all insurances for your convenience. Our office manager will handle all your insurance needs.

3. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer several different payment plans and our office manager will be more than happy to go over our different payment arrangements to properly fit your budget.

Yes. We offer the “laughing gas” nitrous oxide and oral sedation to help you feel more comfortable during your dental visit.
